Takara Tomy - Ironhide (ROTF)

In Topkick Mode...

In Robot Mode with launching missile and cannons attach to arms...

In ROTF series, Ironhide looks much the same to his previous version. The changes are the body colour from black to grey. Of coarse, I like the colour paint job on the figure and it looks very detailed. Arm cannons can also be attached to the bed of the truck when in its Topkick mode. Please click here if you want to view detailed transformation via Samusngproductions Video.

Wow, Ironhide looks very cool out of his box! His arm cannons are massive! "You're feeling lucky, punk?" :P

I wonder if there will be a ROTF Deluxe Ironhide in black like in the first movie? :)

Forgot to mention that the new wave of ROTF DeLuxe toys have been spotted at some departmental stores in Orchard since yesterday! :D

They consist of Cannon Bumblebee, Interrogator Barricade, Mudflap, & Ravage! People are starting to 'grab' them! Read all these on the local TF forums :P

Juliana, I think Hasbro will release whatever transformer series that can suck toy collectors' hard earned money..My preorder list for 2nd wave ROTF will be Ravage, Mudflap (may be) and some new characters but definitely not cannon bumblebee and barricade.

Hi, i happen to come across your blog, just wondering if you know how to spot the differences between the takara and hasbro version of the ROFT Ironhide? Other than the japanese sticker at the top right hand corner, wht difference has it got?

Edwin, thanks for dropping by. Actually, there is no difference between both versions in term of colour paint other than the sticker you mentioned. I remember the price of Takara voyager Ironhide is cheaper than the Hasbro version. You may check them online or go to China Square Central for further queries :)
